| 2 cups | Shredded Cheddar Cheese |
| 1 can (4 oz.) | Chopped Green Chilies, drained |
| 2 | Garlic Cloves, minced |
- Preheat oven to 375°F. On the stovetop, fully cook bacon in a preheated skillet over medium heat. Transfer bacon to paper towels to drain. Reserve any residual bacon oil in the skillet.
- Season chicken breasts on both sides by tossing in a bowl with seasoned salt and minced garlic.
- In preheated skillet with reserved bacon oil, brown each of the chicken breasts on both sides over medium-high heat, cooking chicken about three-fourths of the way through.
- Place chicken on an oven-safe tray and top with chopped green chilis followed by shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake uncovered for about 10 to 15 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Lay 2 slices of cooked bacon over each chicken breast and return to the oven for an additional 2 minutes.
- Serve.
