Bacon Turkey Burger with Avocado

Worcestershire Sauce |
| 1 tablespoon |
Fresh Italian Parsley, chopped |
| 1/4 cup |
Onion, 1/8” dice |
| 1/2 teaspoon each |
Salt and Black Pepper |
| 1/2 teaspoon |
Granulated Garlic |
| 1/2 teaspoon |
Granulated Onion |
| 1/2 teaspoon |
Hot Sauce, commercially prepared |
| 4 slices |
Swiss or Cheddar Cheese |
| 1 each |
Fresh Avocado, pitted and sliced |
| 4 tablespoons |
Mayonnaise |
| 4 each |
Hamburger Rolls, toasted |
- Preheat outdoor grill to medium-high heat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, onion, salt, pepper, hot sauce, granulated garlic, and onion. Mix well to incorporate. Form into 4 patties.
- Cook patties on preheated grill for 10-15 minutes, or until 165°F, turning once. Top each patty with a slice of Swiss or Cheddar Cheese, allowing to melt.
- Brush toasted burger buns with mayonnaise. Arrange sliced avocado and bacon strips on the heel of the bun and top with grilled turkey cheeseburger. Top burger with bun crown and enjoy!
