Gorganzola Salad with Bacon Balsamic

Wright® Brand Smoked Bacon, cooked |
| 8 tablespoons | Balsmic Vinaigrette Dressing |
| 8 cups | Baby Spinach Leaves, Romaine, or Mixed Field Greens |
| 1/2 cup | Pecans, halves, toasted |
| 1/2 cup | Blue Cheese or Gorgonzola, crumbled |
| 1/2 cup | Cherry Tomatoes, cut in half |
| 1/2 cup | White Button Mushrooms, thinly sliced |
- Fully cook bacon and set 8 whole slices aside. Take the remaining 2 slices, crumble them and combine with balsamic vinaigrette dressing.
- Divide all remaining ingredients and arrange on serving plates. Place 2 strips of bacon on each salad portion. Ladle equal portions of dressing among the 4 servings.
- Serve with grilled bread.
