Bacon-Wrapped Meatballs

| 6 slices | Wright® Brand Smoked Bacon, cut in half |
| 1 pound | Ground Beef |
| ¼ cup | White Onion, minced |
| 1 | Whole Fresh Egg |
| ½ cup | Parmesan Cheese, shredded |
| ¼ cup | Bread Crumb, Italian |
| 1 teaspoon | Salt |
| ½ teaspoon | Black Pepper, ground |
| ½ teaspoon | Parsley, fresh chopped or dried |
| ½ teaspoon | Granulated Garlic |
| ¼ teaspoon | Crushed Red Pepper |
| 16 | Toothpicks |
- Preheat convection oven to 325°F.
- Combine all ingredients, except bacon, in a large stainless steel bowl. Separate the mixture into 16 portions, approximately one-and-one-half ounces; then roll each portion into a ball.
- Wrap one half-slice of bacon around each meatball and secure with a toothpick.
- Bake in baking dish for 20-25 minutes or until meatball reaches an internal temperature of 165°F and bacon is fully cooked.
