Bacon Cheddar Dip

8 slices Wright® Brand Smoked Bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 package Cream Cheese, softened
1 teaspoonChili Powder
1 cup Mild Tomato Salsa, commercially prepared
3 eachGreen Onions, thinly sliced
1/2 medium Fresh Tomato, seeded, 1/3"dice
1/2 mediumGreen Bell Pepper, seeded, 1/3" dice
1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, salsa, salt, pepper, and chili powder. Spread mixture in an ungreased 13" x 9" serving dish.
  3. Combine green onions, tomatoes, and green bell pepper. Sprinkle over cream cheese layer. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and bacon pieces.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes, uncovered until heated through.
  5. Serve with chips.
